Tee re-leveling #17 white, #18 white, #2 left
black/white.
·
Continue with bunker sand removal and
replacement all fairway bunkers.

Addition of Nursery Green behind #3/#15 and
screened out by fescue.
·
Improve contours in fairways and green expansion
areas with additions and subtractions.
·
Improve and expand practice area with tree
removal, bunker rebuild, and fairway expansion.
·
In-house drainage installation at chipping area approach
(driving range).
·
Continue with property cleanup including tennis
area, parking lot, and shop improvements.

behind and left of #7 GREEN planted w/ 5-7’ Cedars to screen out maintenance
dump and service road.

and relocate trees from golf course to specific areas on property.

Lease packages have been built to address current concerns while updating
our fleet of deteriorating equipment.
