- CLEANUP PROCESS- Our process for cleanup and opening will begin Monday March 11th in the following order:
- All short cut surfaces will be dragged and blow into roughs where they will be swept and picked up.
- Roughs will be blown to tree lines where our men will blow, rake, and pickup piles.
- Bunkers will be blown out, picked up debris, initially raked out, sand added where necessary.
- First rolling/mowing of season once debris is clear.
- Projected Opening Greens Friday 3/15/24, Carts Friday 3/22/24, and Practice Chipping Areas 3/29/24. These dates may be impacted by weather and progress with our cleanup process.
- MOWING HEIGHTS - Starting April 1st greens will be mowed at .125" 1x time per week and rolled Wednesday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday as frost and play dictates. TEES/COLLARS/APPROACHES Mowed at .325" 1x time per week. FWYS Mowed at .375" 1x time per week.
- BUNKERS - Once our initial raking is finished up our bunkers will be raked full once a week and touched up as frost and play dictates. Please remember our hazards also need your help throughout the year, if you are in a bunker please think of your fellow members and rake yourself out if no caddie is present.
- CLUBHOUSE CONSTRUCTION - In the coming weeks we will begin removing and replacing the pavers and walkway around the Front Circle entrance. This work will match the walks from the tennis and new patio added around the back of the clubhouse. We will also be finishing bathrooms at the pool and halfway house with a much anticipated renovation to improve our member experience.
- GOLF COURSE CONSTRUCTION - Our work to finish all green side bunkers is scheduled to begin in March of 2024. We will also start drainage work in select areas to combat the changing weather patterns.
- AERATION - All surfaces will be aerated this spring once we have the golf course and clubhouse grounds cleaned up and ready to welcome back golf for the 2024 season.
- IRRIGATION CHARGING - Our irrigation system will be charged once temperatures are consistently above freezing and all bathrooms will be open at that time. Please keep posted and we will communicate the opening once weather cooperates.
- TENNIS COURT UPDATE - Courts are currently all closed with all accessories stored for winter.
- PICKLEBALL / PADEL UPDATE - All Pickleball and Padel Courts are also closed for the season.
